Africa4U

Africa4U was founded on October 7th, 2007 in Saint-Niklaas and is a non-gouvernemental association without profit objectives. Goal is to realise sustainable projects in Africa and promote the collaboration between the Belgians and the Africans. The statutes and list of membres were deposed at the commercial court of justice in Dendermonde (B) and published in the Belgian Statute Book on 05.12.2007

Africa4U kreeg op 7 oktober 2007 te Sint-Niklaas het statuut van Vereniging zonder Winstoogmerk (VZW). Doelstellingen zijn het ontwikkelen van duurzame projecten in Afrika en de samenwerking bevorderen tussen de Belgen en de Afrikanen. De oprichtingsakte, statuten en ledenlijst werden op 22 november 2007 neergelegd op de griffie van de Rechtbank van Koophandel te Dendermonde (B) en gepubliceerd in het Belgisch Staatsblad (B.S. 05.12.2007)

Africa4U a reçu le statut d' Association Sans But Lucrative (asbl) le 7 Octobre 2007 à Saint-Nicolas Objectifs sont le développement des projets durables en Afrique et promouvoir la collaboration entre les Belges et les Africains. L'acte de la fondation, les statuts et la liste des membres a été déposé au greffe de Court de Justice Commerciale à Termonde (B) et a été publié au Moniteur belge le 05.12.2007.
